What to do when you've tried everything

You’ve tried everything to make it work at your organization.

You’ve tried to change the culture.

You’ve spoken openly about your frustrations.

You’ve given your leader feedback and a chance to do things differently.

You’ve been receptive to the feedback you’ve received.

You’ve actually done something with the feedback you’ve been given.

You eat, sleep, and breathe the organization’s values.

You’ve tried to spark change from the ground up.

You’ve read all the books and studied all the things.

You’ve suggested all the ideas there are to suggest.

You’ve given your all and then some.

When you feel like you’ve done everything, but nothing’s working and it feels like you are the only one who cares, what do you do?

My advice is to leave. You’ve done all you could, and you aren’t being met halfway. Your organization doesn’t deserve you.

Big hugs if you are in this position. Any team would be so lucky to have you on it.

Kristen
