Our monthly virtual mastermind group is a safe space to bring the challenges blocking you as a human and leader, to get perspective from others who care, and to share your own perspective when others share the challenges blocking them. Each month, we will meet on Zoom to build meaningful connections, to be reminded that we are not alone in our challenges, and to grow… together.
HOW OUR MASTERMIND GROUP CAME TO BE
Years ago, I was invited to join a mastermind group made up of leaders like me. We would get together once a month to share our challenges and get perspective from the others in the group. Though the idea behind it was very simple, the support I felt from this group was like nothing I’d ever experienced. Before I joined, I felt so alone: I was leading my business by myself, and it was so isolating. There was no one beside me who really understood my challenges or who could give me the perspective I needed to move forward. Joining this group changed everything. I finally felt like I had a safe space where I could be 100% authentic and where I could say everything that was on my mind and heart—good, bad, and ugly.
After seeing how much this group shaped me as a human and leader, I continued to look for coaching opportunities. Since then, I’ve had personal coaches, business coaches, executive coaches, health coaches—no matter what season of life I’m in, I always have a coach helping me become the best version of me. Somewhere along the way, I realized that I too loved to coach. When I look back at it now, it’s obvious why: I was coaching people in my company every day.
When the pandemic hit I sensed that old feeling of isolation creeping back into my life. But this time I knew what to do about it.
And so, I put together a mastermind group of my own to help myself and leaders of all different levels and backgrounds from all over the world navigate such a difficult time. The rest is history.

What do I need to do to prepare?
We believe in keeping it simple. Every month, you will come prepared with your answer to the following:
Think about the challenge you want to bring to the group. What is blocking you?
What do you think about when you are alone?
What do you need from the group in order for the session to be valuable for you?
Sometimes, you may not know what you need, and it’s totally okay if that’s the challenge you bring to the group. Sometimes our group members can help us see what we can’t!
